Who you are agreeing with

Qlemi is operated by Reda Ekengren, a sole trader in Sweden. Contact: [email protected]. These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Your work is yours

You keep every right to everything you write, import or dictate into Qlemi. No licence to publish, display, sell or train on your manuscript is claimed, now or later. Qlemi stores your work so it can show it back to you, and nothing else.

You can export any book to docx or epub at any time, and you can delete your work whenever you like.

Your account

You need a working email address and a password you keep to yourself. One account is one person; do not share the login. Tell me if you think someone else has got into your account.

You must be 16 or older.

What you may not do

• Upload material you have no right to use.
• Upload material that is illegal to hold in Sweden.
• Try to reach another account's data, or deliberately overload the service. Testing your own account's security is fine; see the security page.
• Resell access, or run the service on someone else's behalf as if it were yours.

AI features

Reading aloud, transcription, the cleanup pass and the codex tools send text or audio to third party providers. The privacy page sets out exactly what goes where. Using those features means accepting that this happens; if you would rather it did not, the answer is not to use them, and reading aloud is not optional to the tool.

The cleanup pass is instructed not to change your meaning, but it is a language model and it can be wrong. That is why nothing it produces replaces your text until you accept it. Check the result. It is your book.

Money

Nothing is charged today. Paid credits for AI usage are planned; you will be told before anything costs money, and no charge will happen without you buying credit first. See pricing.

What is not promised

Qlemi is provided as it is, by one person, in active development. There is no uptime guarantee, no support commitment, and no promise that any particular feature will keep existing. Backups run nightly and are described honestly on the security page, including their limits.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Export is there for exactly that. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid, which today is nothing.

Ending it

You can stop using Qlemi whenever you want and ask for your account and data to be deleted. Access can be withdrawn for the things listed above, and if that happens you get a reasonable chance to export your work first, unless the law says otherwise.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will get an email. The date at the top says when they were last revised.
