What to write about
Something is broken
What you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. A chapter or paragraph you can name helps a lot.
Something is missing
Describe the writing problem rather than the feature. The best requests so far have come from a writer stuck on a real chapter.
Your data
A copy of everything, a correction, or deletion of your account and all of it. See privacy for what is held and for how long.
A security problem
Describe it, ideally with steps to reproduce, and leave other people's data alone while you look. Good faith reporting will never be held against you.
How fast
Qlemi is an evenings project, so a reply usually comes within a day or two rather than within the hour. Data requests are answered within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. If something is actually down, say so in the subject line and it will jump the queue.
